Wendy Maddox, Esq.
Wendy Maddox graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in May of 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications. In 2006, Mrs. Maddox graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. While in law school, Mrs. Maddox appeared on the Dean’s List and worked in the Family Law Clinic as a student attorney working with victims of domestic violence. After graduating from law school, she was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in May of 2007 and Nevada in May of 2016. She is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the State of Nevada.
After being admitted to practice law, Mrs. Maddox worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Smith County, Texas. In her seven years of practice with the District Attorney’s office, she worked in the misdemeanor division, the felony division, and grand jury. She also specialized in crimes against children, presenting cases before the grand jury.
Mrs. Maddox has significant courtroom experience. Throughout her career, she has tried dozens of cases to jury verdict, as well as many more to a bench verdict. Mrs. Maddox makes her home in Winnemucca, Nevada with her husband, Daniel Maddox.
